Hayden has become so much fun since she turned 4 months old! There is something new and exciting to report everyday but unfortunately I cannot blog everyday, and plus I don't want to bore everyone with all the tiny things that we find so amusing. So I am going to try not to over report!
So, back to the over reporting. Hayden has been babbling and laughing for some time now, but as she is learning to use her voice it is changing. She also drools a lot, and by a lot I mean we have to change her outfit sometimes because she soaks herself. So we started calling her the drool monster, and when we did we would make kind of a monster growl. Well, for about a week the only noise she made was this growl. Scott and I got used to it and didn't notice it was funny until other people started pointing it out. And by pointing it out I mean asking us what was wrong with our baby. Here is a video of her and her growl, so you will understand. Turn your volume up, the sound is low on this one.
Our favorite growl happened early one Sunday morning. Scott was up and already getting ready and I was holding Hayden but hit snooze again hoping that I could get an extra ten minutes and just as a closed my eyes, Hayden grabbed my face and let out the biggest growl ever. Scott and I just started laughing, maybe that's why she kept doing it. Now she has moved on to a more high pitched shriek. I will spare you the video, the growl is much more tolerable.
