Saturday Special!!

I think Saturday's are my most favorite day of the week!!  Scott has been working a lot of Saturday's lately (beautifying our rental houses), so that means the girls and I have to fend for ourselves and find things to keep us busy.  It's kind of nice though because we can do "girl" stuff and not worry about daddy moaning and groaning about it!  So because I am a creature of habit...most of our Saturday's end up something like this (not in this specific order, sometimes we change that up a bit but all activities are included).

Lunch at Sequoia Sandwich shop. Our favorite place to get grilled cheese and strawberries and cream which is really just strawberries and a huge heap of the best frosting ever to dip them into (so yummy)!!  This particular Saturday the girls were pretending to be mommies so they had their babies, cell phones, and sunglasses and were ready to have a mommy lunch with the other mommies (which was really just me)! 

Sequoia also happens to be right next to our favorite store (Target if you don't recognize the cart).  Our favorite phone salesman Uncle Travis happens to work their too so we always go visit with him and try out all the new phones!  Sad news to report though...Uncle Travis got accepted into the University of Denver in Colorado and will be moving soon...that means we will have to make friends with other employee's so that we have an excuse to go there and not buy anything!

 We swim and make hair moustaches and uni brows!  Don't ask me why but the girls love to do this and laugh hysterically at each other's moustaches.

And lately Hayden has been getting more daring!  This is our conversation that happened right before I took this picture... Hayden: Momma, can I jump off the rocks? Me: NO! Hayden: Momma, can I jump off the waterfall? Me: NO! Hayden:  Momma, can I jump off the fence right here? Me: Absolutely NO! Hayden: Momma, can I jump off the house into the pool?  Me: Okay fine, you can jump off the rocks but that's it and don't ever ask me to jump off anything else OK! Hayden: Wahoo!  Yeah I am a sucker I admit it!

Not looking forward to our Summer Saturday's ending, it's going to be hard to break this routine!
