4th of July

When the 4th of July falls on a Thursday we should officially get Friday off just because! Seems like we didn't even really get to enjoy it because its in the middle of the week and things are so busy. Plus it was 108 degrees that day so all we did was stay inside and stay cool, it was way too hot to be out and about.


The 3rd of July, the girls made hats and had a parade at school. Olivia's teacher took this picture and sent it to me. I was so in the middle of a meeting and started giggling when it came in and everyone shushed me but I didn't care!


4th of July, they had to wear red white and blue. Hayden didn't have anything with all of those colors so I had to improvise a little.


Okay one silly picture with the bootys out was definitely needed!


Since it was so hot we stayed in and then went to my mom and dads to swim and do fireworks. No pictures of swimming... It was way too hot for me to be outside taking pictures!


It wouldn't be the 4th without sparklers. Can't wait for next year when it falls on a Friday and we can make a weekend out of it!
