Holiday Lights 2010

When you start seeing everyone put their Christmas lights up you start to feel the Christmas spirit. When you go to CALM for Holiday lights you REALLY start to feel the Christmas spirit! Hayden is obsessed with the lights, so obsessed that we actually got our house all decorated this year for the first time ever. While it is no comparison to CALM, she still gets excited everyday when we come home and the lights are on. I am not quite sure how she is going to feel when Christmas is over and we have to take them down, but for now we are making sure she gets her fill. Olivia isn't quite sure whats going on yet but she is a good sport about the whole thing.

They have a train ride that goes through a mini town with lots of lights it is really cool.

We went with our neighbors who have a daughter the same age as Hayden so thankfully they understand the importance of getting a family picture and that sometimes it takes more than one try...some people just take it and don't care if everyone is even looking.

CALM is a zoo, so the had lots of animals...Peacocks...

...Giraffe's...

...Zebra's and Elephants...Hayden wanted to see them all.

They even had snow which is hard to see in this picture but it was snowing even though it was 55 degrees!

There is also a carousel which Olivia loved.

The best part was seeing Santa!

Hayden was so excited to meet him, she walked right up and said "Hi my name is Hayden" which was great because Santa followed with "I know your name is Hayden, are you being a good girl for your mommy and daddy". Perfect considering I starting telling her if she is not a good girl Santa won't bring her presents! Best part of all Olivia was not scared one bit. I thought for sure she would never sit on his lap but she did no problem!
