Disneyland Company Picnic

My company celebrated our 15 year anniversary this year and we had a big celebration at Disneyland.  I am proud to say I have been around all of those 15 years plus 1 or 2 which makes me feel really old by the way!  I know we go there all the time...but this trip was different because it was planned by my company we got to do things that we don't normally do and spend the day with great people.  It was a blast and I am grateful to work for such a great company that takes great care of it's employees and allowed us to all go to Disneyland and stay and play just because we had an anniversary!

First up we had a catered lunch with the characters!

 Next up, since we got to stay at the Disneyland Hotel we decided to swim in their awesome pool which we have never done!  It's hard to tell in this picture but where the monorails are (orange and blue) are actually waterslides.

 The weather was perfect for swimming and the girls had so much fun!

Hayden of course being the daring one, had no problem going on the waterslides all by herself.  She even did the big tube monorail slide quite a few times all by herself because they don't allow parents to go with their children!

First off this is my favorite picture from the whole trip!! This was our first time riding Casey Jr. and we got to ride in the monkey cage!

We also met a very nice "Plaid" named JR.  "Plaid's" are Disneyland tour guides that take around the rich and famous people around the park (we also happened to see Kobe Bryant on this trip and he was escorted by a "Plaid").  JR was kind enough to spend some time with us and walk around and talk about the new land (Carsland) that they are building in California Adventure.  He was so nice and allowed us to ask a bunch of questions.  It was very cool to find out some insider info about the parks!

First time riding Toy Story Midway Mania because the line is always more than an hour long but luckily JR gave us a fast pass so that we could go to the front of the line!  Wahoo JR! 

 We watched Minnie's Fly Girls show for the first time which is a singing and dancing show.

 And last but not least we did VIP viewing of Fantasmic and the Fireworks!

It was a great weekend and since we are taking a break from Disneyland for the summer it was a great way say goodbye for a while!
