Potty Train(ing)(ed)

It's been a long three months but I think we are finally getting away from the (ing) of potty training and onto the (ed) of potty trained.  Let's hope, I don't want to jinx myself!!  Olivia has been telling us when she needed to go potty 80% of the time for almost a year but it was that other 20% of the time that kept us from fully trying to potty train her.  She has been wearing pull ups since the end of July but finally started staying dry 100% of the time 2 weeks ago and I decided I had to move forward so that we didn't move backwards.  Trust me it was hard for me because this means she is officially no longer a baby (which is hard for me but I will get over it...eventually maybe)!

Her "prize" for keeping a dry pull up for an entire week (even at bed and nap times).  She was very excited!!  The next day she went to daycare in big girl panties..... 

A week later her second "prize" for keeping dry in her big girl panties for entire week!  We are keeping with it still reminding her to keep dry but she is doing exceptional and I couldn't be prouder or more thankful!!  Fingers crossed we can start saying that (ed) part and not the (ing) for good!
