I can't believe Halloween actually finally came....I knew it would come eventually but it seems like we did so many Halloween activities this month by the time the big day came along the girls weren't really interested in celebrating anymore. The good news, we definitely got our money's worth out of their costumes!! We started a new tradition this year and made "mummy dogs" for dinner (I will spare you the picture because they don't look all that appetizing), and then the girls went trick or treating (for the 3rd time if you count Disneyland and Safe Halloween), and then they came home and helped pass out candy which they think is more fun than trick or treating!
First though, Hayden had a costume parade at her school! She of course was one of the cutest Rapunzel's there!
Their load, mind you they went to only 5 houses! That is a heck of a lot a candy for 5 houses!
Patiently waiting to hand out treats, they were bummed we didn't get more trick or treaters. So was I because I ended up with 2 giant bags of candy left over!
While they were waiting they practiced a new dance they learned....the robot! I wish I would have recorded it...they are awesome robots! Until next year...we have plenty of candy to last us!
