In Other News...October

I decided that we do so much random stuff I am just going to start doing a monthly "In Other News" post for all the random fun stuff going on in our lives!! So here is the randomness of this month so far (I guess I should wait until the end of the month to do this huh)!

This is my current favorite picture of the girls. Taken at John's Incredible Pizza where they eat their favorite macaroni and cheese pizza!! Sometimes it amazes me how beautiful they are!
Olivia is officially wearing pull-ups (at 22 months)! She can go potty on command and tells you when she has to go 80% of the time but hasn't figured out how to hold it yet on the way to the potty or in between potty times but we are working on it!

Hayden was very upset when she found out summer was over and that we didn't plan an end of the summer swim party like we did last year. For some reason, Scott and I agreed that she could go swimming (lapse of judgement) thinking that it would be too cold and she would never go through with it. We were wrong...she felt the water said it was fine and then jumped in off the edge and we had to drag her out 30 minutes later. I guess it's not too bad...it is still 88 degrees in October!

Hockey has started...hooray for having something to do on Friday and Saturday nights! The girls were very excited and felt right at home banging on the glass!

Hayden posing...there used to be stickers that blocked the bottom half of the players. They are gone now so you can see the players better. Let's hope they don't figure that out and block the view!

I thought Hayden was a huge hockey fan, but Olivia asked if it was time for hockey the entire day of the opening game. When we went to dinner right before the game she started crying because she thought we were going to hockey. She was so very excited when we finally got there...can you tell? She was screaming at the top of her lungs while this picture was being taken!
