I know I just did the day 7 update, but seriously by day 10 the caterpillars were fully cocooned in the chrysalis stage...whatever that means. But it did mean it was time to move them from their container into the butterfly net in anticipation of them turning into butterfly's.

At the top of the container there is a thin piece of paper that the caterpillars attach themselves to. It looks like they are barely on there but they stayed attached even when I took the paper out.
You pin the paper onto the side of the butterfly net. I was still amazed that I didn't lose one!
Now we just watch and wait. I was right, they aren't as fun as when they were crawling around and getting big but we still watch them. By the way this is the best picture I could get...I stuck my tongue out at them to get them to look at me and of course Olivia shot her tongue back at me!
